Our 8-week multi-sport program is a safe, inclusive and fun way to engage everybody between the ages of 4 to 12 years to participate in sport. We welcome participants of all skill levels to meet new friends, learn and refine skills and gain tips and tricks along the way from our qualified and accredited coaches.

The program will centre around the following sports and all equipment will be provided:

• Football/Soccer

• Cricket

• Basketball

• Golf

• Hockey

• Touch Football

• AFL

• Netball

• Volleyball

This particular form is to be completed if you are looking to register using an Active Kids Voucher.

If you are using your $50 Active Kids Voucher, we will send you a separate invoice for payment of the remaining $50.
